A flower does not use words to announce its arrival to the world; it just blooms. ~Matshona Dhliwayo

Have you ever noticed that most times we celebrate the beginning of a new endeavor, and we celebrate crossing the finish line; but almost no one talks about what happens in between? You know, the moments where you can't quite tell if you're moving forward or simply standing still.
I think that's because the space between can feel uncomfortable. We question ourselves there. We wonder if we're doing enough, healing enough, or growing enough.
The thing is, that space... it's where the deepest healing happens!
A seed doesn't break through the earth the moment it's planted. Long before anything beautiful can be seen, roots are stretching, reaching, and creating the foundation for what will come next.
Maybe you're in that space right now. Maybe life feels uncertain, or you're rebuilding after loss, rediscovering yourself, or simply trying to find your footing again.
I want you to know that you don't have to force your way forward or announce to the world that you're in the midst of your growing season.
You don't have to bloom before you're ready.
This month is an invitation to trust the unseen work happening within you. To honor the in-between moments. To believe that even when you can't see the growth, something beautiful is taking root.
Welcome to The Space Between.

Let this be your reminder that growth is not something you force.
It’s something you support.
Songs for the journey between who you were and who you're becoming.
The space between who you were and who you are becoming is sacred. Let these songs remind you that growth is happening, even when you can't yet see the bloom.
We often think growth will feel like motivation, clarity, and momentum.
But sometimes…
Growth feels like uncertainty.
Like slowing down.
Like questioning things you once accepted without thinking.
Those things don't mean you’re off track.
It means you’re becoming more aware.
This month, instead of asking, “Am I doing enough?”
Try asking, “Am I honoring what I need right now?”

Spend some time reflecting on the following questions. Allow your initial thoughts to arise without overthinking.
What area of my life is asking for more care and attention?
Where have I been rushing my growth?
What would it look like to move at a pace that actually supports me?
What habits or thoughts are helping me grow?
What is one small way I can nurture myself this week?

Growth isn’t a race.
It’s a relationship you build with yourself over time.
Be patient.
Be present.
And trust that what you’re nurturing now will bloom in ways you can’t fully see yet.
