As a Reiki Master, she also brings the healing power of energy work to her practice.

Fun Facts about Coach Jen...
When my husband and I got married, we were told our marriage wouldn't even last a year. I'm proud to say that I've been happily married to best friend for 29 years.
We have four amazing daughters ♥ and they all have boy nicknames. I lovingly joke that if we would have had a son I would have named him "Sue." (If you're not familiar with Johnny Cash, he has a song called "A Boy Named Sue")
In addition to our daughters and Sons-In-Love, we have five adorable grandsons (and one more on the way!) and three perfect granddaughters.
Four of my grands call me "Little Grama" - this name came about because I had them every other week while their parents worked and their other grandma had them when I didn't and the only way my grandson could distinguish between "grandmas" was by calling me "Little Grama" and his other grandma "Big Grama." (She is taller than me) ♥
Three of my grands call me "DoDo" (like the bird) - This name came about because the oldest of the three was just beginning to talk. When I would leave the room, he would look at my hubby and mumble a bit and end with "DoDo." After a while, my hubby put two and two together. I was DoDo. ♥
I tried to get a personalized license plate that said "LilDoDo" that way I incorporated both of my names. It was denied because "DoDo was offensive!" Apparently people in Michigan might think that DOO DOO is spelled DoDo.
I live in a Post Office! Well, sort of. Our house was once a post office. However, my hubby and Father-in-Love have put their blood, sweat, and tears into remodeling every square inch!
I absolutely, positively love to have a good debate!
After 30 years of smoking, I became a Quitter!!!
I am an avid football fan and the biggest Peyton Manning, Eli Manning, & Archie Manning fan on the face of this beautiful earth!
I love to take old things & craft them into something new!
Gardening (flowers & herbs) is my favorite thing to do and always puts a smile on my face!
I have an undying passion for History!
I also have an undying passion for research.
I can roll a quarter off my nose, and it bounces off the table into a shot glass! (Yes. I played quarters a time or two in my life haha)

Like many of you, I have had struggles throughout my life. I have encountered more obstacles than one should, fallen to the depths of "rock bottom", and believed that I would forever be a failure. I've battled with "mom guilt," clinical depression, and debilitating anxiety. I was lost. I was stuck. And I had no idea what my purpose in life was supposed to be!
Then, life coaching entered my life. Immediately I knew with 100% certainty that everything I had been through and survived were experiences that I could use to help you! You are my purpose!
